Refund policy

30-day fit guarantee

The main risk with this product is whether it fits your vehicle, so that is what we cover. If the lens does not fit your car, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund you in full and cover the cost of return shipping.

Standard returns

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For returns that are not fitment-related, the customer covers return shipping.

How to start a return

Contact us through the contact form with your order number and a short description. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

6-month warranty

Every lens is covered against failure for 6 months from the date of delivery. If the lens stops working on its own within that period, contact us with your order number and a short video showing the fault, and we will replace it free of charge. If we cannot replace it, we will refund it.

The warranty covers the product failing by itself. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect wiring or installation, an unstable power supply, physical damage, or submersion. The 30-day fit guarantee is separate and covers the lens not fitting your vehicle.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Items that have been installed, modified, cut or wired in a way that prevents resale cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Faulty items are always covered.
