Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 5 business days from the day you order. Every order ships with tracking, and we email the tracking number as soon as it is available.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and customs can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. The dates shown on the product page are estimates, not guarantees. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, contact us within 7 days. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve it.
